Document Lifecycle Management is coming in 2026. We're continuing to build. Partners who join early get input into the roadmap and first access to new products before general availability.

Common questions

Things partners ask us first

Do I have to take the full product portfolio?
No. You can start with one product and expand over time. Many integration partners work exclusively with PDF Generator API. Many implementation partners focus on two or three products that fit their client base. You're not obligated to take on the full portfolio.
What does the commercial arrangement look like?
It depends on the model. Integration partners typically work on a volume-based API pricing arrangement with a preferential rate. Implementation partners work on reseller margin on software licences plus their own implementation fees. We're flexible and structure agreements based on your model and expected volume.
How much technical support do you provide during integrations?
Direct support, not a ticket queue. Integration partners get access to our technical team for questions, review of integration architecture, and troubleshooting. We've built these products; we know how they work and what configuration is needed to make integrations reliable.
Can I white-label your products under my brand?
For integration partners embedding PDF Generator API or the template editor into their platform, yes, the editor and output can be presented under your brand. For implementation partners delivering to end clients, the products are typically branded as Actual Reports products but presented as part of your implementation service. We discuss branding arrangements case by case.
We already have some of these products, can we still partner?
Absolutely. If you're already using PDF Generator API or one of our other products, you're a natural fit for a deeper partnership. We can formalise the commercial relationship, give you better rates, and include you in early access to new products.
What does training and certification involve?
We don't have a formal certification programme yet, we're a small team. What we do have is direct knowledge transfer: working with your team through a real implementation, answering every question properly, and building your team's confidence with the product. We're building more formal training as the partner programme grows.
Do you work with partners outside the EU?
Yes. Our products are used in 40+ countries. We're EU-based and our infrastructure is EU-hosted, but we work with partners globally. If your client base has specific data residency requirements, we handle that at the product level.
How long does it take to get started?
From first conversation to active partner agreement, typically two to three weeks. Product access for evaluation is available immediately after the initial call. We don't make you wait for a formal contract before you can see how the products work.
